Learn to paddle with the best paddlers in the world. 3 time Olympian and a 4 times world champion. Combined 43 years of professional training and racing experience at the highest level. Both of us are USA national team members.



Stand Up Paddle Class: A total core and cardiovascular workout in the bay for a flat water workout, stand up paddling works your entire body and mind. You can learn a basic skill and do distance  paddle and work out on the board.


One on One private lessons:

Weekly group lessons:

$40 per lesson every Monday and Thursday 9.30am at the NAC ( Newport Aquatic Center).

In these lessons we focus on improving your fitness and strength through working on correct SUP technique that incorporates balance, posture and endurance components.

SUP workout for advanced paddlers:

NAC members $15 per month.

SUN 9am

WED 4pm

FRI 4pm

In this workout we will be working as a training group to simulate races and improve endurance and speed.

This is not a beginner workout.



All lessons include board and paddle, if you want you can use  your own.



Kayak & Surfski lessons: Improve your technique or start from the beginning.

Learn the secrets of efficient paddling as we will correct your technique and teach you to paddle a right way: FAST!

Personal training: Get yourself in shape and keep those extra pounds off. Improve your strength and cardiovascular and stay healthy for a better quality of life. 

Through my 20 years of training and competing, my bachelor degree in sports and a secondary degree in elite coaching I have gained the experience and skills to help you achieve your best!
